1. Eligibility:

• Open only to legal residents of Nevada, age 18 or older at time of entry.
• Must be a homeowner and a new customer of Barron’s Solar Wash Company—no prior paid or promotional service.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Barron’s Solar Wash Company (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible.

1. Entry Period:

• Begins at 12:00 AM PDT on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on August 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
• To enter, submit your name and a valid email address via the online entry form. Limit one entry per person and per email address.

1. Drawing & Notification:

• One (1) potential winner will be selected at random by computer on August 11, 2025.
• Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email within 24 hours. The email will include instructions to respond within five (5) calendar days to claim the prize.
• If a potential winner fails to respond within five days, declines the prize, is ineligible, or cannot comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected under the same procedures until a winner is confirmed.

1. Prize:

• One (1) prize consisting of three (3) professional solar-panel cleanings with inspections (one cleaning + inspection per quarter) over one calendar year. Approximate retail value: $360.

1. Photo/Video Release & Waiver of Compensation:

• By accepting the prize, winner agrees to participate in a brief photo and/or video session (either on-site or at a mutually agreed location).
• Winner grants Sponsor and its designees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the winner’s name, image, likeness, and voice in all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social-media posts and paid advertising.
• Winner acknowledges and agrees that no additional compensation, consideration, or credit will be provided for such use, and winner hereby waives any right to inspect or approve Sponsor’s use of the materials.

1. General Conditions:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase chances of winning.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries or for any malfunction of the website or entry form.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

1. Limitation of Liability & Release:

• By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

1. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law:

• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
• By participating, entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
